Talk With Sign Books will be attending a number of exhibitions this year, here are the dates and places we have so far:
Deafvibe - Stoke City Football Club - Friday 10th May
See and Hear - Shrewsbury Wednesday 15th May
Deafest - Light House Media Center, Wolverhampton - Saturday 18th May
NATED/ACSW - Bedford College - Saturday 29th June
Disability Somerset 2013 - Sedgemoor Auction Centre - Wednesday 11th September City Lit Deaf Day - London Saturday 6th April Some pictures here of our stall on Saturday at Deaf Day Great day very well organised again this year.
We can also offer a demo box/book club service to those who are having a D/deaf day (please contact customer service for more details), just let us know the date and we will send a box for you to display.
IT IS IMPORTANT FOR PEOPLE TO BECOME DEAFAWARE.
Why not ask at your local college or deaf club to see if they will run a deafaware class. It may only need one session, but if enough people come then you could get them to run further classess.
